I have created an account in the Blogger.com

I couldn't make any comments as the following message appears :

what shall I do ?

Mr. Shaji,
As here in NIA systems have the older version of internet explorer so because of that u may be getting this meassage.
some additional feature may not work if we open blog in that older version. if we need to post comments or any thing we need to continue with that only.so better u skip that message and continue with posting with what u trying to post there.
