RAID gets disturbed

Since there is no connectivity with Micro offices, all the MOs bring their systems to the Divisional Offices for patch loading and other updates. During this process, the RAID often gets disturbed and we try to rebuild it. But in many cases we have to format the systems. Is this a mother board problem? What is the way out?

The SATA raid drive bays in these servers would be very deligate. Once you receive the server at your RO, ensure that the drives are properly inserted into the drive slots before powering on the machine. Sometimes the RAID Controller in the motherboard may become loose due to transportation leading the crashing of RAID while switching on. Check this also. In case still the problem persists, it is better to get the machine checked by the supplier.
