This collision may occur due to bad network card in any one of the machine in the entire network. The cisco switches have the capability to detect any looping between the switches and avoid the looping which is also one of the reason for collision. Check the D-LInk switch for it's working by disconnecting it from the rest of the network and observer. Otherwise disconnect all the interconnecting cables between the switches and observe within each switch and start connecting the interconnect cables one by one and observe. This way you can find out the switch from which the collision is occuring and then trace the computer which is creating the collission by disconnecting the computers one by one in the switch which is creating the collission.
